After more than 25 years working within organizations of all sizes, I've learned that some of the most meaningful progress happens when leaders have the right partner alongside them.
I've seen what happens when talented people are aligned around a clear purpose, empowered to challenge conventional thinking, and equipped to turn good ideas into results. I've also seen how complexity, competing priorities, and organizational silos can slow even the most capable teams.
I founded Catalyst for Progress to bring the experience, perspective, and practical leadership I've developed throughout my career directly to organizations ready to move forward.
